Small Group Training Program

Working out in our small group training sessions will not only get you in the best shape of your life, it will be a blast too! We offer programs that are designed to maximize your fitness by using a variety of different body weight movements and objects to obtain significant strength and cardiovascular health, all in a non-intimidating environment with like-minded individuals.

Each class is different and can include activities such as: running, rowing, body weight movements, barbells, kettlebells, wall balls, and/or boxes. Our Small Group Training program is the best way to lose weight, tone up, and feel confident all in an intimate and hands on setting! We are passionate about providing our clients with the confidence and self-respect everyone deserves!
